Personal Best/Personal Record Times
I love the debate that rages between PB vs PR. Which one you use largely comes from where you were brought up, but it does seem to elicit some passion from folks. Marathon Talk had a great podcast on the various kinds of PB's that can qualify. Well worth a listen if you are into introducing some fun into your achievements. How about including PB's for post injury/comeback, post pregnancy, veteran, current year, age group, best on a training route, race course etc. the list is endless. Here are a few of mine:
